	EMPLOYMENT TayCo Catastrophe Services, Inc. is always looking for qualified claim adjusters. Adjusters must have a minimum of two years experience in adjusting property claims, proficiency in Xactimate and computers and adjuster licensing in your home state. Adjusters must also possess exceptional skills in customer service and time management and be willing to travel extensively and spend extended amounts of time away from home. All adjusters are subject to criminal background and credit checks prior to employment. ADJUSTER REQUIREMENTS All adjusters employed by TayCo Catastrophe Services, Inc. must meet the following requirements: Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in adjusting property claims (Those with extensive training and a strong background in a related field may be considered.) CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING National Flood Insurance Program The National Flood Insurance Program offers a database of qualified or certified adjusters who may process flood claims. Claims adjusters are required to attend a claims presentation yearly to maintain certification. Since merging with FWUA and FRPCJUA, Citizens Property Insurance Corp. no longer requires adjusters to maintain a certain certification through CPIC or FWUA.
